It's Going To Be OK

This stylish doggy photo was shot by yours truly at Monsant Cafe, Aewol, Jeju-do
I recently quit my job after 7 months working at that Company. This will be the shortest working stint ever for me throughout my working life. I quit without any job in hand but I am financially well prepared.

While many people leave their jobs because of bosses, work environment or unfair compensation, but my biggest push factor was job satisfaction and lack of growth in what I was doing at that time. I know something goes wrong when I have no motivation and hated the workplace so much. The negative vibes in me were more than the positive one. I can sense my mental was seriously hurt. For a person who believes in live life to the fullest, this is not the right situation which I can prolong. I need to change the situation as fast as I can.

To me, a short stint doesn't make an interviewee unemployable. Of course, there are some brownie points lost with this record.
I was lucky to get headhunted immediately while serving the notice. I choose to be upfront with my current and next employer and tell him and her the current job doesn't suit me at all which I find it is dragging my ass to work every day which led me to this point.
Again lady luck stayed by my side. After going through a few rounds of presentation, competency based interviews, the company made an offer. I would say it's not an easy stint to get hired too. I really put in my heart and soul to show my potential to be part of the team.

In my case, short employment at a previous firm isn't as big deal as I think it is. A week holiday before starting my new job is fully utilized with all errands which I can't be doing while working.

I can't wait to start working again and no path is easy or smooth as we planned. Life is full of surprises. Whatever coming, I will put my brave face and push through calmly.

Thank you for the opportunity given and I met many good and amazing people along the way. I will stay positive and have that smiley face on my face again.

I have faith in myself!

Cosmoderm Luminous A Retinol Review

In general, most people are advised to start using retinol in their mid-20s. Why do we need retinol for our skin? Well, this is because collagen and elastin production starts to slow down. Adding retinol into our skincare routine at age of 25 to 30 is the perfect time to slow down the ageing process. So, what is retinol that people are hyping about? In short, retinol is a topical product containing a vitamin A derivative. Technically speaking a type of retinoid which works to increase collagen production. It helps to treat acne, and blackheads and is also ideal to improve skincare texture such as minimising fine lines, and wrinkles and brightening dull skin. Personally, I am a beginner in adding Retinol into my skincare routine. At the age of 47 years old. I guess, am afraid to start one because I read many side effects if use it wrong.  What is the side effect if you use retinol wrong?  Retinols can increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. So, it is advisable to apply this at
