Hello!!! I may be one busy bee single woman...I prefer to eat my home cook meal if I have time to prepare it myself. What I love prepare my own meal is I can control the ingredients and the way it will be prepared.
My meal normally very easy and not many ingredient needed....
I try to prepare meal with less than 500 calories and some even less than 300 calories. My recipe will only take less than 30 minutes to get one fresh meal ready to eat!
