Spicy Chickpea Snack

Spicy chickpea * Can of chickpea (drain the water) put in the bowl * throw in dash of chilli powder,black pepper,salt,cajun spice to taste * add in olive oil then mix it well in bowl * spread out your chickpea on your baking tray then bake it for 15 - 25 minutes ( you can season with whatever spice you like...eg. curry powder or whatever... my seasoning for this one base on whatever I can find from my fridge) Good snack though!!!! love it... ppssssstttttt this is my first time bake this snack hehehehe... read below my tragedy while preparing this snack kekekekeke... I feel like snacking something... Since I just got back home on Wednesday morning ...around 2:30am reached home after long tiring 2 hours and 40 minutes flight from Yangon. Bye Bye Malaysia

I am flying out of Malaysia and will be sleeping in another country tonight. Yup! I will be in Myanmar for tonight and tommorow. My first time at this country for meeting tomorrow morning. I will be back sleeping on my bed in Malaysia on Tuesday night.... can't wait to come back. Why I don't feel happy to go to Myanmar on Monday? * No roaming... meaning I can't contact anybody I know and I don't feel safe !WTH! * Go there for working.... uhuhuhuhuh meaning I can't go sightseeing!WTH! * Me need to bring many documentation too.... huhuhuhuh meaning I will be stressful...WTH! Haiiiisssshhhhhh..... I will write more when I came back from Myanmar soon! Happy Deepavali....

My Burt's Bees

There you go my Burt's Bees for my dry and cracking lips. Try to use margerine before sleep but before go to sleep I lick all the margerine on my lips... there you go..... margerine gone and make me thirsty the whole night. No Choice! the other day thought of avoiding the traffic , so I went into KLCC. While walking then saw this Burt's Bees counter,mmmmmm.... one my friend told me they have good lip balm. I went to check out and end up bought these two fella. I love that Sheer Luminescent color lip balm.... I don't have to wear lipstick anymore! I love the soothing effect onto my lip and I love the spice smells.

Weekend Food Experiment

Salmon Head Grilled with Sweet Basil T hrow in Salmon Head Add in slices of Shitake Mushroom, Sweet Basil Leaf and Brocolli season with cajun spice,black peeper,garlic and salt to taste Then grill for 15 minutes.... ready to serve and eat it hot Garlic Bread and Strawberries... the easiest thing to do... psstttt... this is ready made I just need to re heat kekekekeke Apple & Strawberries tea I found one big china apple which I brought from Beijing hehehehe that was almost 3 weeks ago since I came back from there! Amazing the apple still in great condition and fresh. Preparation : Throw in apples and strawberries dice Bring it to boil Add in 5 sachets of brown sugar (small sachet since my house only in sachets easy and convenient for storage and plus I dont eat much sugar), sprinkle some cinnamon powder then let the tea to simmer for at least 15 minutes... Refreshing.... and you can drink it hot or chilled... .whatever your preference

My Young Boyfriend in Beijing

There you go... I almost forgotten to mentioned my cute boyfriend from France. I met him in Beijing while exploring Mutianyu Greatwall in Bejing. His name is Allan. He just can't take his eyes off me. Every single moment, during that 12 hours journey he just look at me with full admiration. He must be thinking , why is this lady is different colour than me?? His Dad mentioned , Allan very much in love now. whenever opportunity come he will snap my photos secretly (of course I realise hehehehe... because he sat opposite me) awwwwww.... so shy.... kihkihihihihi... Seriously , he follow me around the whole trip to Mutianyu. My French lover boy eat his rice with only Ketchup.... wohohohoh so romantic!!!! Time to say goodbye he is reluctant when his dad dragged him away. There you go my forbidden love in Beijing.... Second Chance for heart boy

 Photo thanks to NST Somewhere on August our company did some give back to community by sponsoring medical cost for this young boy. NST featuring this boy as happy young healthy boy. Everything just fine for him. The heart surgery was successful. We are glad, he is doing very well now. Thank God!

Plan B - Bangsar Village

I am a loyal fan of Aglia olio and normally wont opt for other style spaghetti... but last Saturday feel the need to challenge myself to divert out from my norm. I don't really like it..... Korean dinner

Last Friday night , I am trying my best to avoid the horrible traffic out from office. Divert myself to KLCC instead.hehehehe.... I bought Dukboki, a korean dish. I always watched this in my favourite Korean Drama but never try this even once. And Tonight is the night me and my dukboki kekekeke.... What is Dukboki?  Well it is cylindrical rice cakes (duk) covered in a thick ,spicy sauce. They also add in one hard boiled egg and fish cakes (oden,-o mook). This is a popular street snack food in Korean. I even found this snack in Beijing Do I like this??? Yes! I like it.... suit my taste Yeah! eat my dukbokki with kimchi... I always stock some kimchi in my fridge.... love it!
