GO KOREA WITH KIM MART AT SOLARIS

Last Saturday, for the first time I have time to explore Solaris. Whoaaaaa!!! I feel like I am in Korea. I discover bigger version of Kim's Mart. I go crazy to shop for my favourite 'Korean side dishes'. Finally, that happy face emerge again after sobbing hard during that painful mammogram ordeal in the same day morning. From top : Spicy cockles Bottom left : sweet ground peanuts Bottom right : spicy anchovies with peanut From top : Vinegar laver Bottom right : Perilla leaves kimchi Bottom left : spicy cabbage kimchi   How I eat this Korean side dishes? I will cook brown rice , add all those dishes in the bowl and mixed it with fried egg just like a bibimbap. Sometimes I just boiled noodles,then add in sesame oil and mixed it with sauteed side dishes. Some coffee and 2 types of korean herbal tonic to energize myself. DUBU DUBU : BEST KOREAN RESTAURANT

Dubu Dubu means Tofu. Since I am in love with Korean food so much...I end up tried many Korean Restaurant in Malaysia. Among all...Dubu Dubu is the best...at least for me and it suit my taste bud. Its menu never failed to capture my heart because it serves me with healthiest traditional cuisine and healthy ingredients. Their ingredients from tofu, bean paste,chillies, garlic,thick soothing broths,tangy and spicy kimchi-to me it is healthy food since mostly serves with brown rice and 3 side dishes aka Banchan. Acupuncture Treatment at Tung Shin Hospital

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much. For those who don't know what is Plantar Fasciitis, I will give you some brief about this. Who knows it may hit you too once you aging like me...hehehe. Anyway, its good to know. Plantar Fasciitis is common pain for middle-aged people. WTH! can't believe I aged this quickly. Young people don't so happy!
