Giving Back To Help Others

Hello!!! I have been neglecting the world current news to the extent I don't realize there is a disaster in my neighbouring country. I am seriously repent for this. I literally live in my own world. During the recent flight back from Jeju do on 15th Oct 2018, AirAsia announced on the #ToIDwithLove relief fund to provide support for Palu. On September 28, 2018, an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.5Mw struck the island of Sulawesi in Indonesia. With that earthquake triggered a tsunami in the Makassar Strait, which swept into Palu Bay causing waves of up to 23m high in some parts. According to news reported at least 1,900 people were killed while thousands more still missing. I did my part on board recently by donating whatever cash left through AirAsia relief fund. I still feel my contribution isn't enough to back then. I was told AirAsia will collect donation to support Palu onboard AirAsia flight from now until 31 October 2018 and if you are not flyin...

#PRAY FOR PANTAI TIMUR AND HOW TO CONTRIBUTE

Dear all, To date, more than 160,000 Malaysians were evacuated due to the flooding situation in Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Johor, Perak and more. According to The Star, the east coast states have it worst, with Kelantan alone accounting for 81,925 evacuees. The flood situation in Pahang is also critical, with at least 8 major rivers breaching the danger level. The number of evacuees in Pahang is at 35,564. Terengganu has 35,246, Perak has 6,730, Johor has 1,096, Perlis has 195, Selangor has 85 and Negeri Sembilan has 80 evacuees. Access to some of the east coast states is almost totally cut off, because most of the main roads in the affected areas are submerged in water. At the moment, there is no sign that the situation will improve. The Meteorological Department has also issued a statement to warn people of the possibility of monsoon rains occurring from today till Wednesday. 2014- STARTED WITH GOOD DEEDS

New year eve...busy sorting down my past year bills filing while watching Gu Jun Pyo in Boys Over Flowers and eating kit kat when I feel I need a break....yeah yeah...one fanatic fan of Lee Min Ho. I watched that Drama for many many many times. That baked beans is my first breakfast in year 2014. My lunch treat for year 2014 is this 'meed siam with spicy squid' and  hot lime juice at old town Then off to TESCO to shop for my Joy Garden Old folk house for my giving back to society project. Bought lots of food stuff for those aunties and uncles. Hopefully, this deed could help me when God call me....please call me in peaceful way! There you go...my simple entry for what I did on 1st Jan 2014.

Acupuncture Treatment at Tung Shin Hospital

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much. For those who don't know what is Plantar Fasciitis, I will give you some brief about this. Who knows it may hit you too once you aging like me...hehehe. Anyway, its good to know. Plantar Fasciitis is common pain for middle-aged people. WTH! can't believe I aged this quickly. Young people don't so happy! If you on your feet a lot and do lots of sports, this can hit you too.This pain caused by straining the ligament that supports your arch.  I got mine last year after came back from Taiwan trip in April 2016.
