PORTUGUESE SETTLEMENT

With GPS helps...end up at Portuguese settlement on Merdeka Day.... Finally!!!! Where is portuguese settlement in Malacca??? Good question.. Just get yourself one GPS and the rest follow instruction hehehehe...lazy people answer huh?? Portuguese settlement is at west side of downtown Malacca. This place founded in 1930s by Portuguese descendants - Kristang. Still remember that history book we learned in Primary school??? "Portugis menyerang Melaka???" or in English Portuguese attacked Malacca???? happened in year 1511...ah!!! still remember that... basically portuguese settlement attraction is the seafood and their portuguese famous food. I don't go for their famous devil's curry and portuguese baked...just end up ordering for normal bland grilled seafood...here goes my photo capture during my recent visit there... drunken cat!!!  this fella so hangover from yesterday night 31st Aug 2012 eve countdown party!!! this portug...

Read this articles from CNN.com written by Dean Obeidallah title 'VACATION OR DIE' Easy.... if we work non stop without taking a break...meaning a break on mind break and totally rest from work... just imagine.. Hamster...run run run run run run non stop and one day this hamster will just collapse and drop dead. So do us. Our heart will just stop! No money??? Oh! well.... just be creative...so what are you working for non stop all this while??????? Think about it! Take vacation or die!!!! Time for me to plan for my next trip.....

Phuket Trip - Sun Tanning Session and Finale

Second last day ...picnic at Kata beach... Pay 100 baht and you get to sit on this lazy chair whole day by the beach I don't think..I need anymore sun tanning session... under the umbrella whole day...dare not jump into the sea under this hot sun. Ooopppsss!!! I did for 30 minutes when I decided to ride the jet ski for 1500baht...Whoa!!!! Princess totally full of activities this time.... At night...came back to the beach for grilled seafood dinner... while everybody with their own partner and whoever.... me enjoying my cam whore session while waiting my food to be served.... kekekekeke Cute grilled prawns spicy thai sauce.... like it!!! cute grilled crab plate of grilled squid... 2 pieces of grilled prawns plate of grilled octopus Princess ...whack all the food by herself.... wakakakakaka... the feeling....just like a final meal!!! still have room for a final dessert i need a pancake delicious!!...

Acupuncture Treatment at Tung Shin Hospital

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much. For those who don't know what is Plantar Fasciitis, I will give you some brief about this. Who knows it may hit you too once you aging like me...hehehe. Anyway, its good to know. Plantar Fasciitis is common pain for middle-aged people. WTH! can't believe I aged this quickly. Young people don't so happy! If you on your feet a lot and do lots of sports, this can hit you too.This pain caused by straining the ligament that supports your arch.  I got mine last year after came back from Taiwan trip in April 2016. I got diagnosed with knee problem in June 2016. So literally tackle my pain one by one. I concentrate on my knee healing and ignore the pain on my feet.
