BEIJING-GREAT WALL MUTIANYU

finally we reached at foot of Great Wall - Mutianyu and ready to climb Purchasing our own cable car and ropeway toboggan ticket  Yeay.... finally up on the cable car to the point for climbing up the wall Here my shoes....below you could see the tobbogan rail for later sliding down Almost reaching to the point to start climbing I need to walk to the end.... I am coming !!!! some of my tour group members looking at the farthest point... Here are another climber I found along the way.. Resting after long climb Awww... very stiff up!!! BEIJING - JADE FACTORY & DING TOMB

Finally, its the day.... its the day.... I am about to climb the Great Wall of China!!! My Min Zhie was very excited ...same like me too!! Bought a Great Wall package - bus tour. My group is English speaking group and they are from USA, French,Belgium and me from Malaysia. Standard Great Wall package : - Jade factory - Ming Tombs - Great Wall Mutianyu - Teahouse - Silk factory We went to Jade Factory learn about how to differentiate real and fake jade. They they show how the jade being crafted from raw stones to the one we saw in display. The next stop is The Ming Tombs which is around 50km northwest of the downtown Beijing. You could find many Peaches, Jujube and Chestnut farms on your left and right before your reached this place. Ming Tombs or 13 Tombs is the burial site of 13 out of 17 emperors of the Ming Dynasty. BEIJING - NIUJIE STREET

Finally reached to Niujie. From Prince Gong Mansion I was so exhausted to walk back to find Niujie and decided to take Taxi. As usual being a foreigner the Taxi driver take me round the trip before finally park me there. Yup! face it it look near from Prince Gong Mansion but yet too far to reach there... The Niujie Street is in the city's xuanwu District and I visited the most historical Niujie Mosque. The mosque covers an area of over 6000 square meters and built up based on traditional Chinese wooden palaces but yet adopts a typical Arabic style of decoration. However, in mosque you could not find any human or animal statue figures for decorations. Unlike south - facing Buddhits temples, the mosque points towards Mekka the holy land of Islam which is in the west. The layout of the mosque is symmetrical and compact.
