The Best Cool Therapy for Pain Relief

Recently, I was in pain on my left knee (the one which I got surgery on early February this year). I am used to leading my life actively so...I was really forgetful to be extra careful about it. If you read my blog post before this, I wrote on my experience Glamping at Tiarasa Escapes Resort , Janda Baik. I did jog around the resort and carried some heavy stuff around. My Doctor has warned me to not put any pressure or weight on my knee since its already exhausted. Regretfully, I was overexcited during the trip and end up did something which leads to my condition right now. YES! I am back to the time right after the surgery. I am now on crouches and the pain on the left knee kind of killing me. I took some medication but still, it doesn't help much to relieve my pain. So, in my case, I applied pain reliever cream. Glamping Experience at Tiarasa Escapes Resort , Janda Baik Pahang

Recently, I have an opportunity to experience Glamping for the first time in my life. It was more of a short family vacation with two sisters and my parent. We drove all the way from KL to Janda Baik, Pahang. We reached there around 3pm on Friday. We chose a weekday to avoid the havoc weekend crowd.  Tiarasa Escapes Resort is the luxury tented accommodation spread across 7 acres surrounded with beautiful lush green rainforest and small streams. You can find many dragonflies here. That shows the non-polluted environment. The brainchild of this amazing place is non-other than Puan Sri Tiara Jacquelina who is just like me a big fan of Enid Blyton 's Faraway Tree and Secret Seven series. I would say this place is more like a great city life escapes place. How To DIY Scented Candle using Beewax

My first-time candle making was during one of the beauty workshops, I attended a few years back. It was so much fun but as usual time constraint during this kind of workshop. So, I don't get to enjoy it longer. They taught us to meltdown the soy wax, then mix it with essential oil and decorate with some dried flowers back then. I always wanted to try out bee wax candles making. I bought the bee wax last year. Finally, I have the courage to meltdown one on my own. I was a bit sceptical with my own ability to DIY this. hahaha... I gave this a shot, anyway! I have nothing to lose if this didn't work out.
