I was Disturbed by a Black Pig Ghost

This is the best horror Ai created image for  a horror black pig ghost. Horror? Mana ada? So cute ada la , right? The first image Ai created when I type Black Pig Ghost. This is not ghost. Look like a black pig angel living happily in paradise🤣 I extended my ward stay during my left knee arthroscopy procedure because I live alone and no one to assist me at home. End up discharged after the 5 days. But this time , I shortened my stay and request to be discharged after 3 days.  I can't share room with others. I have been sleeping alone all my 51 years life. I can count with my fingers on some occasion require to share my room with family members.  The hospital rep who was in charged for my hospitalisation procedure wanted to admit me in a  four bedded ward. That's the only available and suit the doctor's schedule .Of course, I don't agree on that suggestion. I told her , I don't mind to suffer another 2 weeks to get a single room. The hospital is a small one an...

Knee Arthroscopy Procedure for the Second Time

I was at my 3rd week knee arthroscopy recovery when writing this post on my couch while holding my smartphone straining the 50s eyes. To be honest at 3rd week the feeling was dreadful. I think my bum has gone thinner due to sitting for a long time. My back? Gosh!!! I can't even start talking about my poor back health. Any hospitalisation recovery at old age made one feel miserable. Mine is just minor procedure. I can't even imagine the big one.  How I end up with knee arthroscopy procedure? It's all started before CNY this year. I was doing my usual morning walk and exercise. I was feeling better. So , I decided to try the lunges to improve my knee and mobility. For some people doing lunges is a small matter. For someone with bad knee....it's a big deal! Anyway, I was proud of myself until the 3rd lunges. I heard a pop sound as I went further down. No! It's not hurt at all. I decided to not continue. My knee was tight and difficult to walk like normal. Yeah...my w...

Cosmoderm Luminous A Retinol Review

In general, most people are advised to start using retinol in their mid-20s. Why do we need retinol for our skin? Well, this is because collagen and elastin production starts to slow down. Adding retinol into our skincare routine at age of 25 to 30 is the perfect time to slow down the ageing process. So, what is retinol that people are hyping about? In short, retinol is a topical product containing a vitamin A derivative. Technically speaking a type of retinoid which works to increase collagen production. It helps to treat acne, and blackheads and is also ideal to improve skincare texture such as minimising fine lines, and wrinkles and brightening dull skin. Personally, I am a beginner in adding Retinol into my skincare routine. At the age of 47 years old. I guess, am afraid to start one because I read many side effects if use it wrong.  What is the side effect if you use retinol wrong?  Retinols can increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. So, it is advisable to apply th...

Honest Review: Sunplay Skin Aqua Hyaluronic Acid Serum UV

When I first picked up the Sunplay Skin Aqua Hyaluronic Acid Serum UV , the sleek blue bottle already gave me that “hydrating luxury” vibe. Unlike the usual heavy sunscreens or sticky sunblocks, this one feels more like a skincare serum than a typical sunscreen. That’s the first big difference ! It’s marketed as a serum UV , not just a sunblock. Texture & Application The texture is lightweight, almost watery-gel like, and it spreads effortlessly across the skin. No greasy residue, no sticky film, and most importantly.....  no white cast . This is a huge win for those of us who hate looking like a ghost after applying sunscreen. It absorbs quickly, leaving the skin feeling supple and hydrated, almost like you’ve just applied a hydrating essence. This is where it stands out! It doesn’t just sit on top of your skin to block UV rays, it actually locks in hydration thanks to the 3 types of Hyaluronic Acid (HA, Absorbent HA, Nano HA). Think of it as a sunscreen that doubles ...
