L'Oréal Paris to reward local online content creator trips to Paris

  Calling all Online 'Beauty Guru'!!! Dental Problems Can Be Daunting

  I went to the dentist this morning due to swelling on the palate part. There is a small bump there too. I just walked in early in the morning without an appointment. I was lucky the designated appointment was cancelled. See? Not many people are as early birds as me.  The usual dentist checked on me. She recommended an X-Ray. Obviously! I anticipated this. The X-Ray showed that there is an infection on the root. The worst part is the root is beneath the metal crown which I did somewhere end of last year. WTH! Although, the dentist has done the root canal treatment before the crown was placed, apparently, there is some leftover missed out. According to here not all root canal treatment is 100% successful. Aihhhhh! now you said this? She also claimed that my small mouth opening and my jaw problem made her miss out. Aigo! so defensive from the start. Gosh! Finally Boosted

  I was planning to go for Booster hunting last week but was not well. So today 12 Feb 2022, finally made my way to PPV Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil. My sis told me they have all three here and can pick too. I have a few PPV on my list but pick this one since this is the nearest to my house.  Earlier last week, I was planning to go to PPV PWTC, Kuala Lumpur. I was reluctant because I hate the feeling to visit places that I am not familiar with. Then on Friday night, my sis sends me a few lists and I pick the nearest. Jeng...Jeng...I hit the bull eye straight away. My experience at PPV Axiata Arena was kind of smooth. They were super fast too. As usual, my morning person syndrome made me wake up as early as 6am and out of the house around 7am. 'Kiasu' nak mampus ni kan???? The PPV operation starts at 8am tho. Acupuncture Treatment at Tung Shin Hospital

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much. For those who don't know what is Plantar Fasciitis, I will give you some brief about this. Who knows it may hit you too once you aging like me...hehehe. Anyway, its good to know. Plantar Fasciitis is common pain for middle-aged people. WTH! can't believe I aged this quickly. Young people don't so happy! If you on your feet a lot and do lots of sports, this can hit you too.This pain caused by straining the ligament that supports your arch.  I got mine last year after came back from Taiwan trip in April 2016. I got diagnosed with knee problem in June 2016. So literally tackle my pain one by one. I concentrate on my knee healing and ignore the pain on my feet.
