Why You Should Add Pandan Leaves Into Your Cooking?

I grew up with occasionally Mum or Grandma asked me to cut the Pandan Leaves at the backyard to add into their cooking. Most of the house we move into during my childhood time, it is convenient to get Pandan Leaves or Screw Pines Leaves. Now when most of us live in a high rise building, it is hard for us to see Pandan Leaves plant other then get it a Groceries Store.  At that time, I only thought Pandan Leaves just for sweet fragrance smells. After doing some research, I found out Pandan leaves offer many health benefits such as :  1. Helps to boost appetite Just drop some of this into your rice or porridge. It works well to boost up your appetite. 2. Great remedy for pains and cramps Mixed pandan leaves juice with coconut oil and apply this mixture to arthritis patients. 3. Helps in controlling blood sugar Studies have shown that drinking extract of pandan leaves can help to reduce plasma glucose levels. 4. Lowering Blood Pressure Add pandan leav...

10 Wishes From My All Time Favourite K Beauty Store Althea Korea

Dear Althea Santarina, I started my year 2018 with the closure of the place I worked for a few years. I was the last person to leave the company. I then started a new life with an opening company but it doesn't work out for me. I was not happy there. I recently joined the other company. This is a place I want to be for a long time. I like the people here and learning new things every day. But I feel I am lacking with confidence in me. Please allow me to Welcome Year 2019 with great confidence out of me. Please grant my wishes, for me to stay more presentable and be happy in this new place. Love Angel Cindyrina Moonshot Micro Setting it Cushion (12g) RM87 I never try this before but I read this Cushion sheer and skin-soothing. Moreover, it sets and fixes the skin with a non-cakery finish. Plus it does not transfer easily. This is what I want since the year 2019 will start with me travels out for work. Oh! I hope this last long too. Nacific Real...

Travelogue : 7th Day, Jeju-do

12th October 2018, Friday 12th Oct - My birth date. I was glad to be here at least away from my workplace and far from people who know me. At least can do some soul searching and inspiration on how to continue living this life. I feel blessed for few years able to celebrate my birthday on my own away from others noise. This moment that I have is really precious for me. Especially this year since I am in dilemma to find direction with my life and making the biggest decision in my life. (that does not mean I  am getting married or something) My life is always about myself not anyone else. Last year 12 Oct 2017,  I spent my 43rd birthday having lots of fun at Universal Studio Japan . How  I spend my moment on my 44th Birthday this year 12 Oct 2018? I would say nothing special and specific agenda for this year. I just end up lazy around without direction. Hallim Park  I end up here in the morning. Strolling and explore...

Cosmoderm Luminous A Retinol Review

In general, most people are advised to start using retinol in their mid-20s. Why do we need retinol for our skin? Well, this is because collagen and elastin production starts to slow down. Adding retinol into our skincare routine at age of 25 to 30 is the perfect time to slow down the ageing process. So, what is retinol that people are hyping about? In short, retinol is a topical product containing a vitamin A derivative. Technically speaking a type of retinoid which works to increase collagen production. It helps to treat acne, and blackheads and is also ideal to improve skincare texture such as minimising fine lines, and wrinkles and brightening dull skin. Personally, I am a beginner in adding Retinol into my skincare routine. At the age of 47 years old. I guess, am afraid to start one because I read many side effects if use it wrong.  What is the side effect if you use retinol wrong?  Retinols can increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. So, it is advisable to apply th...

For those who don't know what is Plantar Fasciitis, I will give you some brief about this. Who knows it may hit you too once you aging like me...hehehe. Anyway, its good to know. Plantar Fasciitis is common pain for middle-aged people. WTH! can't believe I aged this quickly. Young people don't so happy! If you on your feet a lot and do lots of sports, this can hit you too. This pain caused by straining the ligament that supports your arch.  I got mine last year after came back from Taiwan trip in April 2016. I got diagnosed with knee problem in June 2016. So literally tackle my pain one by one. I concentrate on my knee healing and ignore the pain on my feet.
