Favourite Yoga Pose

I love to eat!!!
Since eating is my favourite activities, so I try my best to balance up with some routine exercise for healthy body.
Below are my favourite yoga pose and practise this before go to sleep at least for 15 minutes and another 15 minutes after wake up in the morning.
I also drink plain water right after wake up in the morning before shower.
They said this good for liver cleansing!!!!
This is the least we can do for our body who are keeping our soul!!!
Don't forget.... keep breathing!!!!
Maybe you think breathing is an easy job.... not easy!!!!

  1. Hi cindyrina, wow, its so easy for you to maintain your weight,, eat normal, exercise only 30 minutes a day… and yet you say its not easy to breathe…very funny.. People jog and gym for like 1-2 hours a day, still cannot lose weight..ha ha.
    For me, I don’t have to lose weight, I need to put on some weight ..well, it is not easy either…have a nice day.. Like its not easy to get the perfect shape
