OH MY FOOT! OH MY SHOES!

I really have no time to re size and organize my photo while in HK recently. Maybe the post will be up next week.   Just want to share on bunion foot for those who don't understand why big toe become like that big. Don't blame just women who love high heel and because of this bunion foot develop.... BIG NO!!!! Not because of high heels. Even man has bunion....so did man wear high heel??? No right!!!! Bunion cause by wrong walking habit and pressure to our nerve forgotten to straighten the big toe which result to the bone on side of big toe protrude out like my feet in previous entry.   I learnt the right way to walk with Dr Milly Ng in HK. Ah!!!! not like supermodel walking...but the right way to position our feet before and while walking.   * Straighten up your body * Try to stand as tall as possible * Tuck in your tummy * put both you feet flat on the ground close together * fill in all the gap in between of you foot * Pr...

ATTENTION STILETTOS LOVER

In this post I want to share the damage for looking good.... Many women tend to often wear tight-fitting shoes. Shoes with narrow toe box and sloping foot bed are common! Well this is fashion and these shoes make one woman feel confidence and beautiful. The higher the heel the longer one leg and make one taller, slender and feel gorgeous! Do you know these shoes can cause damage to the toes? The slope pushes the foot towards the narrow toe box then this causing the toes to squeeze together. This factor cause constrained towards one toe joints and can become adaptable to this position and this may cause deformity called bunion to develop! Once this bunion develops one foot will find extra ordinary bone growth on side of big toe. One may find very hard to buy or wear ordinary shoes. Furthermore, the pain is killing and the effect is for long time and get deteriorate if no early prevention taken. Oppsss!!! by the way not only women suffer with bunion. Me...

Cosmoderm Luminous A Retinol Review

In general, most people are advised to start using retinol in their mid-20s. Why do we need retinol for our skin? Well, this is because collagen and elastin production starts to slow down. Adding retinol into our skincare routine at age of 25 to 30 is the perfect time to slow down the ageing process. So, what is retinol that people are hyping about? In short, retinol is a topical product containing a vitamin A derivative. Technically speaking a type of retinoid which works to increase collagen production. It helps to treat acne, and blackheads and is also ideal to improve skincare texture such as minimising fine lines, and wrinkles and brightening dull skin. Personally, I am a beginner in adding Retinol into my skincare routine. At the age of 47 years old. I guess, am afraid to start one because I read many side effects if use it wrong.  What is the side effect if you use retinol wrong?  Retinols can increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. So, it is advisable to apply th...
