Ways You Can Give Back To Your Community

However, it’s important for middle and upper class people to look beyond themselves and be grateful for the fortune that they have. If you fall into this category, take advantage of your position and use it to give back to your community in these ways. Support Stores That Give Back There are many clothing stores like TOMS NYC that give a portion of their sales to charities. Some companies run a “one for one” style charity. Every time you buy one of their products, they donate that same product to a child or family in need. Some stores make sure their clothes are made handmade in humane conditions by women in impoverished countries like Ethiopia, Uganda and Costa Rica opposed to Chinese factories. Volunteer at Local Organizations No matter where you live, there are plenty of organizations that are non-profit , do great work for the community and in need of volunteers. ...

Last few weeks right after my final presentation over, I went to Joy Garden the old folk home I always frequented at Semenyih. Well not a huge contribution but just as much as I can afford. I just want to give back to community. Thats all! So sad to hear many aunties and uncles has passed away. Life...people come and go. There are more than 20 of them still there. Most of them abandon and sick old people. There are few retarded teenager live there too. Since I am alone, I hope I don't live like that when I am old. The home soon going to move near one of the fishing village nearby and all of them going to live in the box home. Well not so sure how true it is. I only went there like a quarter once in a year. The next visit for my contribution will be a hell to find their new location. To the auntie who explained to us the other day...sound so easy but...

Personally, I am a beginner in adding Retinol into my skincare routine. At the age of 47 years old. I guess, am afraid to start one because I read many side effects if use it wrong.  What is the side effect if you use retinol wrong?  Retinols can increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. So, it is advisable to apply th...

For those who don't know what is Plantar Fasciitis, I will give you some brief about this. Who knows it may hit you too once you aging like me...hehehe. Anyway, its good to know. Plantar Fasciitis is common pain for middle-aged people. WTH! can't believe I aged this quickly. Young people don't so happy!
