I love to drink this tea during cold time. Very easy to boil this tea. Ingredients : * Red Dates (separate the seed) * goji berries * winter melon * dried longan * water * haw par slice (this is optional because I like sweet sour taste) Boiled everything together except for longan which you add in at last part. I don't put sugar because winter melon is sweet enough and other ingredients will add a good flavor. Benefit : - purifying the blood and improve blood circulation - calming the nerves and promoting restful sleep.

As usual every weekend my food escapade.....love good food. My 5 working days healthy diet always spoil with my weekend over eat escapade..... Temptation Oh! tempatation.... Breakfast with Dim Sum - Yam Lunch with Sizziling Yee Mee for lunch Tea time with Taiwan Oyster Mee Sua Tea time with Crispy Fried Sweet Potato Dinner with Mutton soup... Roti Bommmmm!!!!

What is weekend without sampling all those good food??? Since I was travelling north last long weekend, so manage to catch up all those favourite all time food. Hot Ginger Milk Tea   Chicken Fried Rice - my beloved friend have this one! I opt for this brownish color noodles called 'Fried Mee Mamak' Remember those days 'lay parking' after tuition with some dessert... Bo Bo Cha Cha Shaved Ice top with Coconut milk and palm sugar below the shaved ice is Sago, Sweet Potato and Red Beans White Sugar Basically shaved ice, sweet corn,sweet milk,ground nut I was driving back home as early as 5am and this is my early morning breakfast at Tapah R&R Soya Sauce Noodles with Fish Balls - first time tried this and the verdict ...not spicy so not my style My beloved friend had this koay teow soup...mmmmmm so simple  Before we depart my beloved friend and I decided to try this place at uptown call 'Hayaki'.

Only 2nd day at foreign country, feeling sick and I already craving for my favourite nasi lemak or a mix rice at my Devi's Corner , Bangsar.... huhuhuh wanna eat my favourite food!!!! Ah!!! tonight many of you counting down for Christmas??? mmmm.... what should I do tonight??? Shall I join this gay club near my hotel here??? hahahaha..... me the original one posing like on fake.... what am I babbling about hhhehehehe.... let the time go by itself tonight... I definately have fun ..... wohohohohohoh Happy holiday and Rest and Relax!!!! I am going to that South Sea Legend place for sunset sight seeing later..... hope she don't give me one way ticket. Well , I don't wear green so she not interested to invite me for party down into her kingdom under the seaworld!!!! Nothing to worry I will be safe and be back to my room.

My Chatime Story... I heard about this famous drink. Never feel like trying it even once due to the line is always too long everywhere. Ridiculous! What so great about this drink? Last Saturday met up with Dom & Jamie for our regular yearly Christmas lunch and teatime get together at Bangsar Village (BV). Both went crazy when they saw there is a Chatime outlet at BV and not so crowded. They were talking and promoting this drink to me. Whoa!!!! that great ar Dom & Jamie??? mmmm.... still hesitate to try due to don't feel like spending that much for a cup of bubble tea which I never fancy.  The next day, I went to Sunway Pyramid for my Ghost Protocol after the charity at Joy Home early in the morning. mmmmm.... I saw another Chatime outlet. The line is still bearable. Maybe should give a try... at least once and see what I miss. Ah!!!! not my taste. I am not a Chatime target market. I Love Japanese Food I love Orange Juice I love to see pretty dessert but I don't really enjoy eating sweet thing Sarawak Laksa.... not many people can get the taste right! sigh!!!! Coffee + Tea = Cham My friend love to eat Nasi Lemak with Fried Chicken but I love fish   I tried this last weekend It turn out just a normal taste My first time drinking the famous cool blog pearl tea...... and I don't like it!
