How am I doing?

Everyday me   Mine supposed to be an online diary blog has become just a review blog, right? So sad! I have neglected this blog for quite some time now. There are many factors of this neglection behavior. (Gosh! trying to resonate again, huh?) My health isn't that good for me to sit down in front of my desktop to rant anything about my life here. Haih! the never-ending back pain. No matter what I tried, it still haunted my body. Every month, my life has been 2 weeks ok and 2 weeks not ok. This month, I feel a bit better than the previous month. Finally, can rant out here. I feel refreshed now. hahaha What I have been up to now? Well, the days of blog reviews have past their prime time. Most of the brands are looking to TikTok, IG reels, Lemon8, and all those short caption social media reviews rather than lengthy blog writing reviews. I have been doing product reviews on those platforms these days. TikTok is especially hot nowadays. I don't really have many followers but the ear

How To Calculate Retirement Goal

I celebrated my 48th birthday last week. An old friend visited for quick lunch. He said, I was living his dreams life. To be honest, I never planned to retire from work this early. My initial target is to retire at common age, 55 years old. Due to health reasons, I end up not working. Anyway, I was always prepared for my retirement days ever since I was in my early 30s. This means it took less than 20 years to save my hard earn money to ensure self-sufficient retirement days. I wish to start early, though!  How to plan for Sustainable Income during retirement days? For those who have some inheritance somewhere under your name, you are so blessed in life. But many of us have to start from 'zero', and lots of sacrifices. The average life expectancy is 75 years old. Since I adopted prudent life habits, so I usually calculated until 85 years old. Anyway, we never know when will be the time for us to drop dead, right? If you are to retire at the age of 55 years old, then you need

Upgraded Hada Labo Hydrating Lotion

Hydration is most important and essential in maintaining healthy skin. A hydrated complexion looks more plump, healthy, and youthful looking. Having an adequately hydrated face will help to improve skin elasticity which will reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Additionally, hydrated skin also helps to combat oiliness. Dehydrated skin produces more oil because it is compensating for a lack of moisture. Dehydrated skin is also less resilient to environmental irritants. When your skin is fully hydrated, it is able to fight and flush out toxins more effectively because your cells are getting the maximum amount of hydration that they need to function at their best.   The best ingredient for hydration is Hyaluronic acid (HA), as it is natural, has a high viscosity, and is water-retaining. It retains water just like a sponge, to achieve the efficient water-locking effect. It is often used as a base for skin care.   Since the launch of Hada Labo in Japan in 2004, it has continued to conduc

Hada Labo’s Blemish & Oil Control Gel – A Remedy For Acne-Prone Skin

Natural Plant Extracts and Hyaluronic Acids Moisturises and Calms Irritated Skin Humidity and hot weather can stimulate the secretion of sebum, resulting in oily skin. Oily skin is believed to be one of the main causes of acne. Wearing a face mask for long hours, which is a new norm now also contributes to skin irritation and can aggravate acne and pimple skin. There is a misconception that using a moisturiser on oily or acne skin would worsen the skin condition but moisturising works in keeping pimples and zits at bay. Skipping this critical step may cause dry, flaky skin which will bring about more breakouts. That’s why it is important that oily or acne skin gets properly hydrated with the right moisturiser. To offer consumers with oily or acne-prone skin an enhanced solution to their skin concerns, Hada Labo has introduced the Blemish & Oil Control Gel, an all-new moisturiser to keep skin smooth, clear, and healthy. Where To Play Free Online Games for Brain Exercise

Old age is unfair for some of us. Speaking from experience, in my late 40s coming to my 50s next year I already fighting my way for mobility due to severe back pain. The only thing I have to protect now is to care for my brain. I just hope my mind doesn't diminish over time before my time is up! Those days, I could say online writing will be my best way to stay alert and but now I have to surrender to that. I am only able to write occasionally due to my disability to sit down on a chair for more than 15 minutes. Realistically, I started to play games for brain training. My preference would be board games . Board games in general very popular among senior citizens because it is fun to play, and engaging since we have a sense of achievement once the game is completed. At the same time, increase brain function, assist in practising cognitive skills and also facilitates a bonding experience if you play with a friend or partner. I would say good for a kid's brain development too.
