Time passes really fast. It has been two years since all of us has lost our freedom to live our lives like in the year 2019 and before that.   I read somewhere, being in the 40s is important to maintain healthy bones to avoid osteoporosis. My last bone density test was 5 years ago. At the age of 41 years old. At that time, I was advised by the Doctor to drink more milk or at least start to add calcium and vitamin D to my daily diet. Well, I was busy working to care for that!
