I have been neglecting my blog for quite sometimes...life has been too busy!
Last Sunday, well..it was yesterday!
I went to Post Office which situated inside TESCO building.
I was thinking it open at 10am which I mistaken after all. I have to wait for another hour to be opened. While waiting, I saw many people came in to do the last minute shopping. I guest the pre GST shopping since each family was pushing at least 2 trolleys each. WTH!

Then I heard an old lady who was paying her bills at counter calling for her husband for 20 sen since the post office have not coins for the day. Her husband replied back he don't have any coins with him too.

At that time , I observed the old man who was with his small grandson in front of me searching his pocket for something. He took out 20 sen coin from his pocket and turn it over to the old lady who was scratching the head....She was completely taken aback for a total stranger who gave out his 20 sen to her.

The old lady done with her bill and she handed over RM1 note to the little boy who is the 20sen grandpa. The boy was reluctant to take the money hand out to him. The grandma insisted.

See how the generosity turns out to be a good and happy event for everybody!!!!

I always heard this kind of story but I am amaze that I have a chance to witness this with my own eyes. I feel good too.

The end of story. I am such a lousy story teller. When I read back this post , I think the primary school kid can write better! WTH! *** face palm***

I am such a 'KIASU'! Damn!!!
I was like other Malaysian who bought more to stock up before GST last month.
The last week of March really make my budget burst like mad. Gosh!!!! look like need to bring home food to work then since I need to cover the credit card debt. WTH!

"To whom this may concern,

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to contribute my hard earn money for the country 'economy growth'. I hope you spend my hard earned , blood, sweat, tears money well and for good cause.

I am proud of myself to bring my home cook food to work and reduce my other spending to help the country.

No no...don't worry GST is not a burden at all...not at alllllllll"

Who said price don't increase because of GST?
Go and check the price leeeeee....I was jaw drop to see the price effect even before GST!

Example, the essential oil for aromatheraphy was at RM5 and yesterday...well not to mentioned we are still at month of March and the GST suppose to effect only on April. Guest what? The same item already price at RM5.65. So in April, if I buy the item will be RM5.65 + 6%????

Like that one ar????

The effect is super cool....speechless when I saw that yesterday.

Few RM 'hundreds' fly away in replace for all these items. Damn!

My sanitary pad 'haul' can last for 2 years at least

Vow this will be my last time for pedicure and manicure for this year.

This will be my last time visit beauty parlour for facial. I make sure the beauty consultant remove the dead skin and white and black head from my face. After this I am going to do this at home.

Since my age has reached to 40s , there you go...bought reading glass for RM30 before GST.

I replace my oversized glasses to more fashionable one within my budget. But this time round need to order special lenses called multi focal lens suitable for woman in forties like me. WTH!

My new glasses not ready yet. That photo is my over sized glasses. Guess what...my lens power reduce too this time. Happy!!!

There you go...and April month is like the month of paying all the expenses incurred on March. huhuhuhuhuh... spending future money is totally not my style!!!!

Its all because of that GST hype...I am totally got sucked into it!

I am no Angel...I am just Human after all.

Recently, I was given opportunity to be my own make up artist. lol...seriously???
Me? A make up artist? Well...as long as it doesn't require me to draw flawless line on my eye lid, why not?

I was given challenge to use a brand called KLAIRS. Have you heard about KLAIRS? I search around and found out KLAIRS ranked 1st place on meme box 2nd week Jan 2015.KLAIRS BB cream is also sold in Korea Meme Box and recently it was ranked #1 for the BB cream part in Meme Box. Wow!!!

NATTA KOSME, is a popular cosmetic online shopping store sent me KLAIRS Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream SPF 40, PA++

The package reached me SUPER FAST in this presentable packaging. So remember if you shop with NATTA COSME , you don't have to worry about your cosmetic being ruined. It was nicely wrapped with bubble plastic too.

They even provide me with make up artist rubber sponge to even out the cream onto my skin. Oh! not to forget the vintage box hair claw to complete my look. Thank you for being so details.

Before I go ahead giving you some simple tips I learn from youtube to create a dewy look like Korean ladies....let me tell you something about other normal BB Cream in the market.

Most of the BB Cream in the market usually don't have a natural color tone. I consider myself uneven skin tone so it is hard to sometimes matching out the skin color. I will end up extra fair or darker skin. It also make it feel heavy onto the skin and sticky too. Sometimes it become flaky if you constant touch up your face with press powder.

* DRY SKIN - If you have a dry skin this BB Cream offers hydration with the best moisture ingredients such as Hyaluronic Acid.

* SENSITIVE SKIN - For those who always have trouble with sensitive skin KLAIRS BB Cream will helps to sooth it with it natural calming component, Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice.

* AGEING AND WRINKLE - Ageing ladies like myself are not forgotten, this BB Cream provides great wrinkle improvement with it special highly concentrate moisturizing formula.

* TROUBLE SKIN - don't worry this BB cream will not worsen your trouble acne pimple spots because it contains low irritant ingredients and skin friendly components.

KLAIRS Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream is different than others I have tried. It light and non sticky and brings out the natural beauty and skin tone! So instead of skin look unhealthy, this one actually brings out the real skin color out of you.

* Apply some amount of BB Cream onto the your skin

* Blend out from under eye area to the lateral part of check with the sponge.

* You don't have to stretch out your skin, just dab gently until it blend well to the skin.

* Once everything even out, just put small amount of BB cream to back of your hand and mix it with one drop of face oil, my case I use rose hip oil.

* Mix well the combination of BB cream with Rose hip oil.

* Using your make up sponge press the mixture to 5 zones of your face - forehead, cheeks, nose tip and chin. Just press and it will give the dewy effect.

I don't even use face powder or compact powder with this look. This is solely KLAIRS BB Cream on my face and neck.

This is really simple routine and the best is this BB Cream with SPF40, PA++. So don't worry about not getting protection from the sun.

I give KLAIRS BB Cream 2 thumbs up for this Multi Functional BB Cream.

* Sun Protection
* Whitening
*Wrinkle Protection

I am that kind who always cautious when it come to maintaining my car.
Not washing...k!
I hate waiting for my car to be washed.
So, can expect my car will full cover with dust and dirt.
Yes! I feel embarrassed to this but the laziness is over that. kekekeke...**face palm**

When I said maintaining my car..I mean to take extra precaution I don't stranded in the highway or by the roadside clueless if car breakdown or Tyre explode.

I experience a punctured Tyre on the highway before and seriously panic to the max. I don't even think of calling AAM for help. I end up standing there scratching my not itchy head staring at that flat Tyre until the highway patrol came to the rescue.

Last CNY, when I was getting ready to visit meet Jamie to Dom's house, I noticed my front driver seat tyre was almost flat. First thing , I did was to call Jamie and asked whether she know how to put air to car tyre. Yeah yeah...I know...so ignorant of me. I never in my life did that. I usually visit the tyre shop  and the foreman will happily attend to it with no charge. WTH!
By the way, luckily, Jamie reply she know how to do it. I drove 40km to Jamie who was waiting for me at petrol station. Sorry Chingu ya...that foreman got CNY celebration. Nobody can attend to my car. Thank you ! Jamie the Savior of Rina.

I was having a bad vibes while driving my car since last month. I still stubborn, not to bring it to workshop for check up.
Yesterday, I felt really uneasy while driving my car.

I admitted my car to the workshop for check up and service.

Foreman : Aiya!!! Amoi, lucky you come today. This tyre is ready to burst anytime wor!

Me : Why ? Why like that one?? Thought I change Tyre last year?

Foreman : This front Tyre swollen ledi. Try touch...

I  touched the swollen tyre....huh!

Me : Why the tyre swollen? Weather too hot is it???

The foreman laugh at me.

Foreman : Adoi!!! not weather la...you ran onto the hole on the road leh...thats why it swollen.

Me : Huh? like that also can ar...thought tyre swollen because of weather...how much?

Foreman : GoodYear RM228 one.

Me : Aiyo!!!! expensive (try luck)

Seriously , I am a bad bargainer...really really bad one.**face palm**

Foreman : Aiya...that one cheap ledi le...my normal price RM238 one

Me : ahhhh...you should told me that price just now then I ask for best price you tell la that lower price. At least I feel better ma...

Foreman : Aiyo ! like that also can ar...kakakakaka... you so funny eh...

Me : You check my spare tyre and change with this one la...(trying my best to be a scrooge) WTH!

Foreman : Amoi!!! I don't dare to change with this one...for your safety. This spare tyre is very very old one. You should throw away ledi. If I change for you..then you drive and the tyre will burst anytime.

Me : Haishhhhh!!!!. change lo..what to do.

Foreman : Change 2 tyres. I put both in front. The other one I put as your spare. This old one ar....really really you need to throw. No use ledi le...

Me : Serious...I feel like crying...why like this one!!!

Foreman : Aiyo Amoi! for your safety le.

Me : OK lorrrrr....

Damage for the day for this high maintenance car is RM538/-.

Can Richard Branson donate me his USD1million???? isk isk isk...

Have a good weekend ahead all!

I tried another awesome Korean Chicken Restaurant. Yup! another Korean Drama influence which make me hard to resist and taste this awesome fine dining chicken restaurant.

This will be my last awesome meal since I started my 500 calories per day meal to lose weight. isk isk isk..IMA gain 5kg in just a month. That is why very determined to go through this suffering journey of 500 cal per day diet. WTH!

Back to BB Korean Chicken Restaurant which I stumbled into this place by chance at The Curve, Damansara last Sunday. BBQ Chicken Restaurant is not a new place in town and they have been in Malaysia for many years. I remember tried this many years back even before I started my blog.

I am their first customer of the day and this was my BRUNCH and also dinner. WTH! I ate all this with Chinggu since 8 March is that fella's birthday. Awesome!

Spoil with mouth watering choices, both of us end up settle with this fabulous meal.

Pane Mushroom Cream Soup
The creamy mushroom soup was so delicious and moreover it served in edible crispy bread bowl.

Jerk BBQ Meal

Awesome BBQ Chicken with delicious sauce served with black pepper rice , crisps salad and french fries. The taste you will never forget!

Paris Wings
Lovely sauce and the sweetness linger to my lips and the after taste.

Whoa!!! not that bad huh??? The cost is only RM55.75.

I love the cosy, warm and contemporary ambiance at BBQ Chicken Restaurant unlike others fast food concept this is more fine dining style.

I mentioned earlier you will spoil with choices of chicken cooking style at BBQ Chicken Restaurant. If I am not mistaken they have 11 types of signature chicken and among the popular dishes, Jerk BBQ which cook using the Jamaican Recipe and others like Korean Charboiled, Ganjeong Chicken, Hot Hot Drums, Golden Olive Chicken.

For those who feels like not having Chicken, you can even enjoy pizza, sandwich, pasta, soup, rice, salad and not to forget fabulous dessert and coffee too.

I like the concept to served chilled chicken instead of frozen. At least I know they use the fresh raw materials.

I recently read most beauty services is going to be subjected to GST.
This mean....LADIES!!! our beauty services is going to get pricier. WTH!

The price of manicure, pedicure, hair and facial treatments going to cost more leak to your wallet. Well, this include cosmetic, hair and body care and massage too. WTH!

Our 'beloved govt' were saying there will be a slight increase in prices for beauty services but not BIG ISSUE! If the business operators registered to implement the GST will be lower their costs by claiming the input tax credit. Example of input credit were rental fees for the premises, utilities cost and equipment purchase for services.

I bet most business operators will take advantage to increase prices giving GST as their solid reason. So the input and output tax , do you think many will bother to make it fair to the consumer??? Huh! I really feel a bit sceptically opportunist business owner will do that!!!

Without solid enforcement from the authorities...we consumer will end being punish for earning just this little money to live happily.

But if you want to buy beauty products which is not subjected to tax than you should buy it at airports since there are DUTY FREE store located.I am not sure how cheap it could be after the flight ticket you paid and vacation cost incur.

Life is getting tough for middle income earner like me. I am neither here nor there.

My 5 MUST DO LIST for the month of MARCH 2015 :

1. Massage

2. Facial

3. Manicure and Pedicure

4. Hair Treatment

5. Buy beauty products as much possible

My month of March mission start this weekend! I want to enjoy the luxury before all become beyond my affordability.

Have a good weekend ahead ladies and please stock up your cosmetics for at least a year or two !!!

I suffer from terrible mood swing not just recently but all my life.
I am like a time bomb ticking and waiting to blow up.
Chingu said I am going through menopause symptom which of course this suggestion irritate me. Beh Tahan ar!!! Women in my family only go through menopause at age of 60s because we matured awful late age too.
Sour face to you whole week long Chingu. Beware on what you saying!!!! Don't make a woman as your sworn enemy. Not just this one. I mean any woman too!

Frequent questions I were asked  which make me so piss off ,lately .isk isk isk..

1. Whoaaaa!!! you look fat now???

How I feel? Of course! I am upset and hurt too.
Do you know I eat less food and drinks plenty of water a day?
Do you know I run for at least 5km  and  cardio at least 30 minutes at least three times a week? . I did the sauna for at least thrice a week. I move and I sweat yo!!!
Its ageing la.... I am trying hard and I feel sad too for not losing weight.

As I look awful to your eyes....this yours truly feel zillion awful to her heavy look. My dreams to age gracefully and getting heavier DEFINITELY not part of my plan.
I gave up in losing it so I decided to maintain to my current, at least... that is the best I can do without feeling awful stressful.

 2. You change job again ar??? Whoa!!! you so not loyal to company one ar?

Gosh! the last time you meet me was 4 years ago. Do you expect me to rot at the same place for 4 years without any advancement. Don't you thing we always need to make a progress in our life? If the company doesn't reward you according to your performance why you need to remain loyal to them?
Give and take!

Do you really stay at one company for more than 4 years??? Congratulation!!! Thats mean your company treat you well or you are just that type who are afraid to get out from your comfort zones.

 3. Why you still single?

Ehem..ehem...even my parent gave up asking me this question. Here I go around to explain my self over and over again. I am to the point don't feel like meeting people who use to know me. isk isk isk..can't beat them...just STAY AWAY from them. I need to protect my feelings!

I know this may sound rude and bitter but I hold up my response to my heart and only spilled it out once.
Whats in my heart when people shoot me this question?

If you are a man : I feel like saying this, I am still waiting for your proposal. Why don't you marry me?
(I end up blurted this out to my ex Boss. He end up speechless and taken a back.Goshhh!!! did I just gone too far??? End the conversation with loud and awkward laugh...WTH!!!)

If you are a married woman : I feel like saying this, is married life brings you wholesome happiness to yourself? This smile of yours....is it fake smile.

If you are a single woman : I feel like saying this , tsk tsk tsk...look who is talking. Shall I brings you the mirror?

So what? If you are single and not married. Do you think finding a life partner is like trial and error situation? To me as long as I can earn and live my life like I do know, I am more than happy to continue this kind of life. Nobody can vouch for a perfect partner! I am not that type to take the risk.

Just don't ask if you not going to take responsibility. Why? I am HURT! Why? It just HAPPEN...

Chingu gotten me this L'oreal Revitalift+Anti+Wrinkle+Firming day cream. Guess , chingu of mine can see this bff is getting some wrinkles all over her face. ..isk isk isk ..face palm.
I understand , Chingu......and will use the cream suitable to my age.
No more whitening or pinkish look cream. I need to focus on slowing down that wrinkles of mine.
I bought the night cream so I could try out this product at full set.

The white color jar is L'oreal Revitalift anti+wrinkle+firming day cream with SPF23PA++
Texture : Light creamy texture glides onto skin and smells like yogurt. Non greasy feeling
Color : Beige

The red color jar is L'oreal Revitalift anti+wrinkle+firming night cream.
Texture : Very rich creamy white color texture that quickly absorb into skin and leaving skin supple without greasy and sticky feeling.
Color : White

My verdict after using this for 3 weeks now.....

- my face regains its firmness. it plump up my skin too. love this!
- skin looks revitalised and I can feel it regains elasticity
- skin smoother and softer

I can feel this L'oreal Revitalift Anti Ageing skin care range gives great improvement to my dull and wrinkles skin.

Moreover, L'oreal Revitalift range is terminologically tested for Asian skin. So it suitable for Asian like me.

Now I am looking for product to reduce fine lines on my forehead and ugly wrinkles around my eyes area when I smile.

Seriously, when you are ageing the maintenance cost getting higher and higher. I noticed product under ageing range are much more expensive then the normal youth range. isk isk isk..

Disclaimer : I bought this product with my money and part of it from Chingu. This is not sponsored post by advertiser.
