How I Accidentally Found FlexiSEQ and Gave My Knees a New Lease on Life

Osteoarthritis pain

I wasn’t even looking for it.

Just one of those days when I was desperately Googling for something...anything..to help me manage this annoying osteoarthritis pain. If you’ve been living with it, you know what I mean. The stiffness. The dull ache. That feeling like your joints are made of rusted metal. Sigh...

Then I stumbled upon this thing called FlexiSEQ. Never heard of it before. No fancy packaging. No dramatic claims. Just a gel. I was skeptical. But desperate times call for random purchases. So I clicked “Add to Cart” and waited.

When it finally arrived, I didn’t waste time.

I opened the box, read the instructions (yes, finally I actually read them this time), and applied it as directed. Once in the morning after shower. Once at night before bed. No cooling sensation. No heat. No tingling. NOTHING. Just a plain gel. I was like, “Eh? Is this even working or just pretending to be helpful?” Hmmmm....

But I kept going. Because I’m stubborn like that.

Four days later... I noticed something. My knees didn’t feel like they were glued together anymore. Even my physiotherapist...I now walk like a normal human than a crab. The stiffness had eased. The pain was less intense. I could walk more easily. No dramatic miracle, but enough to make me pause and say, “Eh, this thing actually works!”

I’m glad I gave it a chance.

Sometimes, you just have to put a little faith into something new. I don’t get paid to promote this, but I genuinely think it might help others who are living with the same daunting reality of osteoarthritis. If you’re curious, you can check it out FlexiSEQ.

Living with pain is exhausting.

But finding something that helps, even just a little is like discovering a tiny light at the end of a long tunnel. And for me, FlexiSEQ was that light.

Cosmoderm Luminous A Retinol Review

In general, most people are advised to start using retinol in their mid-20s. Why do we need retinol for our skin? Well, this is because collagen and elastin production starts to slow down. Adding retinol into our skincare routine at age of 25 to 30 is the perfect time to slow down the ageing process. So, what is retinol that people are hyping about? In short, retinol is a topical product containing a vitamin A derivative. Technically speaking a type of retinoid which works to increase collagen production. It helps to treat acne, and blackheads and is also ideal to improve skincare texture such as minimising fine lines, and wrinkles and brightening dull skin. Personally, I am a beginner in adding Retinol into my skincare routine. At the age of 47 years old. I guess, am afraid to start one because I read many side effects if use it wrong.  What is the side effect if you use retinol wrong?  Retinols can increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. So, it is advisable to apply th...
