Gut Friendly Milk with Diamond Pure Fresh Milk


Regular milk in the market contains both A1 and A2 Beta-Casein. A2 Protein Milk contains only A2 beta-casein. 

A1 Vs A2


A1 beta-casein milk from breeds of cow like Holstein, Friesian, Ayrshire and British Shorthorn.
A2 beta-casein is milk that high in A2 beta-casein is from breeds originated from the Channel Islands, South France and Jersey.

A1 and A2 proteins give different effect to our body.

A1 protein is digested in the small intestine and will produce a peptide called beta-casomorphin-7 (BCM7). The intestine will then absorb BCM-7 and passes into the blood. Studies show BCM-7 cause stomach discomfort and this result to lactose intolerance.

Research show milk with the only A2 is more friendly to gut and smooth on the palate since this type of milk is comparable to human breast milk, milk from goats, sheep and buffalo.

Fresh milk with just A2 is very rare in the market. In fact, this is my first time trying this too.

It just a hint of kiwi taste but still gives me a good kick to start my morning with lots of proteins and nutrients benefit.





Low Fat Milk with Manuka Honey - this milk is suitable for a consumer with dietary restrictions. Manuka Honey itself is a unique type of honey from bees that pollinate the native Manuka bush and found widely in New Zealand. It functions to support digestive and better immune health.




Milk with Manuka Honey - its almost the same taste like the low-fat honey just this one is not low fat. Slight thick taste compares to low fat which makes it perfect to blend with my smoothies. Seriously delicious!



Milk with Inulin Fibre - I kind of love this milk too since my body needs more fibre but due to my daily eating habits, I failed to eat more of fibre. Inulin fibre is a soluble fibre from plants which helps to improve digestive health, relieve constipation, promote weight loss and help control diabetes. To me, this milk with inulin fibre is a no.1 must stock up in my fridge.

Tips to Choose Good Milk



Milk is only for babies and kids? 
How about the adult?
Do we still need to continue drinking milk too?
Some say they have a lactose intolerant so skipping the milk is the option. Don't put that as the reason. You can always include milk as part of healthy diet. I was like that too in earlier stage. I started by drinking little warm milk alternate days. Then gradually increase the in take. Now I drink milk almost everyday.

MILK NOT JUST FOR BABIES...


Milk is not for only babies or kids. Babies or kids need milk for healthy growth. We adult need to drink milk for our healthy golden years. Once you understand the importance of milk then, one will start drinking milk without a second thought.

5 reasons why milk is good for health :

1. Protein

Excellent source for protein and it has 9 essential amino acids which important to meet our physiological needs.

2. Potassium

Regulates our blood pressure and we needed this for muscle contraction.

 3. Calcium

Strengthen our bones and can at least prevent it from old age disease such at osteoporosis.

4. Vitamins

Fantastic source for Vitamins A,B-12 and D.
Vitamin A to maintain good eye sights and smooth skin. It also helps to controls cell growth and proper functioning of our immune system.
Vitamin B-12 is essential for nervous system and also for blood formation.

More reason to list down but the rest are too scientific jargon for me to remember. In short, milk are essential for our health and helps us to grow old healthily. 

I one person who is lazy to even drink. But after the doctor diagnosed me for early Osteoporosis near knee area at this age....isk isk isk ...regret to max and totally beyond regret now! Doc said it was too early for me to have such bad bone. My feet are all curling up at night and unable to walk far. Scary to think of future with all this. I can't run and I can't jump like last time anymore. My activities are limited. I wanna protest but I am the one to blame for neglecting my own health. (***sob sob sob***)  serious wanna cry if talk about this apart from it being too painful at time.

Damage have been done! No point to regret. I am moving forward to sustain life. I started drinking milk. People say...never give up and no such thing as too late. I was not a milk person but  understand how important it is for my health.
