TruHerbs Hawthorn Enzyme King Review: From Bloated Auntie to Enzyme Queen

Enzymes

I was bloated. Acid reflux like some spicy dragon inside. Hormones flipping like pancakes. #PerimenopauseChronicles

One bottle of TruHerbs Hawthorn Enzyme King landed in my hands. Skeptical but desperate. After one week? I ordered 2 more bottles. LOL. Budget koyak a bit but my gut now singing love songs to me.

Real Talk Benefits

This thing helped me:

♥️ Debloat faster than my pants could keep up

♥️ Stop acid reflux from bullying my throat

♥️ Lower cholesterol... I still eat chips, but now I feel less guilty

♥️ Mood stabilizer level: monk-ish calm

Especially for us going through peri or menopause hormonal circus, this tiny bottle is a friend. Not boyfriend material, but definitely bestie tier.

Why Enzyme Drinks Matter for Gut Health?

Gut health not sexy to talk about… but super important. If your gut like sewage system, don’t expect energy or happiness.

Enzymes = tiny helpers that make digestion easy-peasy. When your food breaks down properly, you:

💩 poop like a champ

🧠 think clearer (no brain fog)

💤 sleep better (finally!)

💃 feel light, less sluggish

Also helps detox, which means your liver and intestines don’t scream for help. I call it internal housekeeping. Every sip = mini cleaner crew at work.

 How I Drink This?

👉 Mix 10ml with water or honey (if you fancy)

👉 Can also drink straight if you're savage like me 🤭

👉 Best before food, not after heavy nasi lemak feast!

No sponsor, no drama. Just sharing one week journey from bloated misery to enzyme happiness. This stuff fits right into my gut health + menopause survival kit.

Live your life the way YOU want it. And maybe, sip enzymes along the way.

Personally, I am a beginner in adding Retinol into my skincare routine. At the age of 47 years old. I guess, am afraid to start one because I read many side effects if use it wrong.  What is the side effect if you use retinol wrong?  Retinols can increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. So, it is advisable to apply th...
