Experience Taking Magnesium Glycinate for the first time

I bought Magnesium Glycinate after watching many reviews on TikTok. Gosh!!! Tiktokians prescription! Not even a doctor. I did some research as well before going ahead to purchase one. I read taking Magnesium Glycinate gives you more benefits than the opposite.  Benefits of Magnesium Glycinate : * Sleep assistance * Support memory * Promote healthy blood pressure (careful if you have anaemia, please consult your GP first ya) * Supports blood sugar control * Good for bones health * Induced leg cramps * Muscle relaxation Magnesium Glycinate has higher bioavailability and is more gentle on the stomach, unlike other forms of magnesium. Just make sure you get pure Magnesium Glycinate. To be honest, I dare to take this because Magnesium Glycinate doesn't really have many side effects, compared to other magnesium which might cause diarrhoea, cramping and even digestive upset for some people. Please buy the purest possible Magnesium Glycinate and comes with the recommended dose.  My exper

VIP Massage Experience at Healthland Wellness Centre Puchong Jaya Branch Review

Healthland is everywhere because they have many branches.  To be honest, my body and health condition aren't good at all now. I was diagnosed with back pain for 5 years now. Throughout these 5 years, not a single day or seconds did I live my life without feeling pain. I stop my medication because I am afraid of depending on it for my whole life. I am getting used to the pain now. I am trying my best to do everything I can to reduce my pain by living life healthily. Recently, I was invited by Healthland to experience their Exclusive VIP Thai Massage service at one of the outlets. I was contemplating to accept the offer. What if it makes my condition more painful? What if I cried in pain throughout the massage? Too many 'what if', came through my mind. Deep in my heart,  I was dying to get a massage to release and unwind my body. After deep thinking... I woke up in the morning determined to accept the challenge! WTH! I will just ask her to stop if it hurts me so much, right

Struggling To Stay Healthy In the 40s : Reversing Diabetes Type 2

I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2 in early May 2022 which is right after Hari Raya Aidilfitri. I was devastated by the result. All this while, I was very careful with the sugar intake. I don't really drink a sugary drink. I prefer black with no sugar for my coffee. I chose plain water over a sugary drink. My homecooked food with no sugar added. Why? Why? The Doctor's explanation was easy, your parent may have diabetes. This is inheritance. I was like...Duh!!!! I prefer monetary inheritance rather than bad genes.  The doctor said not time to be too upset over this. I give you 3 weeks to reverse this since you are confident, that you are leading a healthy lifestyle. No medication will be prescribed at this moment. Please come back for the test again in 3 weeks' time.  So...this is like, I was given a second chance? God Bless! I went back home with a sworn to do a very strict diet. At the same time, I read there is an Ayurveda method to drink curry leaves powder with warm w

Which Covid-19 Vaccines Should I take?

I am not sure about you but personally, feel confused about the many types of vaccines available. It's not that we are spoiled with choices. It just a matter of what good and suitable for our body. I bet many of us want the best for ourselves and our family. Do you know that the concept now is to take as it is or wait for your turn again?  When the Malaysian Government announced on the AstraZeneca vaccines will be a giveaway on a voluntary basis, I was sceptical. I can't make the decision at all. While all my family members snatch out the opportunities, here I am still unable to make my own decision. I just can't decide on this at all. Why? Lack of knowledge and so ignorant on getting to know what is what. At least, I want to know where is the origin of this vaccine and the success rate of the trial and much more information needed. Another consideration needed is whether this is suitable for an Asian body since we live in different climates and so on. Did I think too muc

My First Virtual Run

Hello World! As I was about to write this post, just realize my one and only beloved smartphone (LiRong) is giving up his life.  LiRong has been with me for many years now. I think it's about time for me to let him go peacefully soon. I am trying my best to scout for LiRong replacement. Heol! Why am I all excited to find a new one? Bad Rina! No sense of loyalty at all. huhuhuhuh Anyway, back to my title, my first virtual run.... the story begin when I was sitting on my treadmill after my usual morning walk. I manage to complete on 2km that day. My knee is giving up even at 1km. Adding another 1km was a heavy task for me. Even until yesterday, I feel suffering to the max just to complete 1km. By the way, I did wear a knee guard to protect my bad knee. The pain will suffer throughout the week every time after the morning walk. I have been turning my feeling off. Ignoring the pain for my whole well being sake. I shut myself off and decided not to pamper myself with such at the self

For Women Over 40

Lately, I was feeling lethargic and lack of energy to carry myself around. I exercise and do stretching daily without fail. What else I need to do? I was puzzled myself. I read and browse around and found out about the balanced diet and nutrition. It's impossible to take get some of that nutrition in daily diet. Especially when I am in the range of above 40 years old women who is still recovering from knee surgery. I am struggling to keep my body healthy these days. Muscles Loss My muscles have diminished a lot from that surgery and knowing my body who loves to accumulate fat than muscles, I definitely need to do something about this.  Even a healthy adult can lose 8% of muscle every decade. I can imagine me? me? Gosh! I don't even want to calculate my losing percentage. No wonder!!!! I feel this way. At age 40, women lose muscles mass twice as fast as men. Sadly, most of the loss occurs in core muscles which supports the abdomen. This is why the belly f
