I have been adapting drinking water upon waking up from sleep every morning.

* Every morning drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water. (make sure you drink it before you brush your teeth. You feel disgusting? Disgusting your 'foot'! Everything you swallow is from own produce.Its all about your health!)

* Then brush your teeth and clean mouth and take show as usual. Make sure you don't drink or eat anything for 45 minutes.

* Breakfast - You can eat and drink as usual after 45 minutes of fasting.

* Breakfast -  You can only drink again after 15 minutes

* Lunch and Dinner - you can drink only after 2 hours

* For old and sick people and unable to drink 4 glasses of water, just start with as much as you can and increase gradually to eventually 4 glasses a day.

Drinking Hot Water vs Cold Water

I am not sure whether you heard about this before, the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea or hot soup with their meals not cold water? This makes sense since hot water helps for digestion and melt away all those fat and stuff you just ate.Yours truly make a practice to only drink water 2 hours after meal and try as much as possible to not drink cold drinks. I usually avoid drink cold water. Yeah!!! me sounds so old fashion but nothing to lose and everything to gain since I am going to grow old with nobody to rely own but myself so I try not to trouble myself so much when I grow older and weak soon. Nobody going to take care of me but me alone. isk isk isk isk...For those who don't understand me, will find me stingy because I avoid to order any drink with my meal. Health reason dear! I still can afford my own drink, yo!

It is refreshing to enjoy nice glass of cold drink after meal. However, one need to remember, drink cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It also will slow down the digestion process.Once this 'sludge ' reacts with acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food .Oh gosh! this will line the intestine and very soon turns into fats and lead to cancer.

Advice : It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal. Try not to drink in between of your meal because it will disturb your food digestion.

I stop soda and cold drink long time ago. Try my best to drink enough water for less suffering old age if it happens to be granted for long life.

Acupuncture Treatment at Tung Shin Hospital

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much.
