STROKE RISK IN YOU

Recently, Chingu's Dad had a ' Brain Stroke' and he pass away peacefully on Tuesday morning 16th September 2014 , Malaysia day. R.I.P! He is at old age. So everybody thinks...ahhhh! he is old and this is old age sickness and time to go? Well the fact is about old age sickness and so on...when time to go...its doesn't discriminate in term of age, race, gender , wealth and so on. Times to go means...you need to go without any turning back chance! Same goes with strokes or maybe other sickness. Often strokes occur unexpectedly in the lives of people who consider themselves as 'mint and perfectly healthy'! Many disbelief when this happen! I have one friend who died at age of 38 years old. He has a good build and fit. He exercise regularly and eat healthily. At least this is how I see his lifestyle. He died because of stroke while playing tennis. Most of our friends really feel like cannot accept this news. Among all of our circle he is consider top when come...

Cosmoderm Luminous A Retinol Review

In general, most people are advised to start using retinol in their mid-20s. Why do we need retinol for our skin? Well, this is because collagen and elastin production starts to slow down. Adding retinol into our skincare routine at age of 25 to 30 is the perfect time to slow down the ageing process. So, what is retinol that people are hyping about? In short, retinol is a topical product containing a vitamin A derivative. Technically speaking a type of retinoid which works to increase collagen production. It helps to treat acne, and blackheads and is also ideal to improve skincare texture such as minimising fine lines, and wrinkles and brightening dull skin. Personally, I am a beginner in adding Retinol into my skincare routine. At the age of 47 years old. I guess, am afraid to start one because I read many side effects if use it wrong.  What is the side effect if you use retinol wrong?  Retinols can increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. So, it is advisable to apply th...

Honest Review: Sunplay Skin Aqua Hyaluronic Acid Serum UV

When I first picked up the Sunplay Skin Aqua Hyaluronic Acid Serum UV , the sleek blue bottle already gave me that “hydrating luxury” vibe. Unlike the usual heavy sunscreens or sticky sunblocks, this one feels more like a skincare serum than a typical sunscreen. That’s the first big difference ! It’s marketed as a serum UV , not just a sunblock. Texture & Application The texture is lightweight, almost watery-gel like, and it spreads effortlessly across the skin. No greasy residue, no sticky film, and most importantly.....  no white cast . This is a huge win for those of us who hate looking like a ghost after applying sunscreen. It absorbs quickly, leaving the skin feeling supple and hydrated, almost like you’ve just applied a hydrating essence. This is where it stands out! It doesn’t just sit on top of your skin to block UV rays, it actually locks in hydration thanks to the 3 types of Hyaluronic Acid (HA, Absorbent HA, Nano HA). Think of it as a sunscreen that doubles ...
