Do it right

I was keeping quiete this few days. I spend my time with more thinking than talking. I observed things around me and try to analyse my life. Am I at the right track? This is the question keep coming into my mind. Do I do thing right ? or Do I do the right thing? When I was thinking about both .... I manage to list down: * Do the right thing. * Do it for the right reasons. * Do it with the right people. * Do it at the right time. * Do it in the right order. * Do it with intensity. * Do it for the right results. My time at my current place almost up! I had accomplished many things and learn many things along the way. I hope change I brought in for this company will benefit them. I know most of them want me to stay and of course some of them more than happy to hear the news I am leaving but my biggest challenge right now is to break the news to my boss. I know he can't accept this fact! Although sadness I can't stay for long but I had decided this is not my stop. Better future wai...

Cosmoderm Luminous A Retinol Review

In general, most people are advised to start using retinol in their mid-20s. Why do we need retinol for our skin? Well, this is because collagen and elastin production starts to slow down. Adding retinol into our skincare routine at age of 25 to 30 is the perfect time to slow down the ageing process. So, what is retinol that people are hyping about? In short, retinol is a topical product containing a vitamin A derivative. Technically speaking a type of retinoid which works to increase collagen production. Personally, I am a beginner in adding Retinol into my skincare routine. At the age of 47 years old. I guess, am afraid to start one because I read many side effects if use it wrong.  What is the side effect if you use retinol wrong?  Retinols can increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. So, it is advisable to apply th...

Honest Review: Sunplay Skin Aqua Hyaluronic Acid Serum UV

When I first picked up the Sunplay Skin Aqua Hyaluronic Acid Serum UV , the sleek blue bottle already gave me that “hydrating luxury” vibe. Unlike the usual heavy sunscreens or sticky sunblocks, this one feels more like a skincare serum than a typical sunscreen. That’s the first big difference ! It’s marketed as a serum UV , not just a sunblock. Texture & Application The texture is lightweight, almost watery-gel like, and it spreads effortlessly across the skin. No greasy residue, no sticky film, and most importantly.....  no white cast . This is a huge win for those of us who hate looking like a ghost after applying sunscreen. It absorbs quickly, leaving the skin feeling supple and hydrated, almost like you’ve just applied a hydrating essence. This is where it stands out! It doesn’t just sit on top of your skin to block UV rays, it actually locks in hydration thanks to the 3 types of Hyaluronic Acid (HA, Absorbent HA, Nano HA). Think of it as a sunscreen that doubles ...
