Dental Check up

Yuhuuuu... last Saturday I went for Dental check up again... Doc wanna check whether the implant healing well... So far so good.. Since I am lazy to drive out all the way to Damansara...so using my 'panda eyes' request a driver from 'chinggu'. Thank God! somebody not 'busy bee' on that day...so...yippeeyyyy.... I don't have to drive! Before my dentist appointment....breakfast time!!!!! Where??? Old Town Damansara... Old town white coffee choice for me ...nasi lemak...yup! need this since I am going away from Malaysia this Thursday... Dilemma

I am in the midst of thinking... Should I or Should I not???? What to do ? aissshhh... decision making process is so difficult if you are the one who need to decide and take responsiblity. Being and adult is not easy when you have to take responsibility on whatever you do. Ah!!!! Rina ...you too 'chicken'! mmmm.... chicken must be puzzled because suddenly in the picture. Yeah! too innocent chicken ,huh??? Purpose of this post???/ I just want to release out my worries and hope I can take responsiblity for the decision I am going to make soon. Big decision.... Cycle of Life

I went back to home town last weekend.. Brought parent for grocerries shopping ... While all of them busy shopping...I went on to snap photos on these dead ones... God Bless 'em!!! While snapping ..I felt sorry for eating this dead ones... I am sorry....   I don't eat meat I ate this... I don't eat this.. I ate their sisters and relatives and friends...OMO..so brutal killer ar me?   Reason of this Gross....photos??? I need to remind all of you...we are killing other creatures in order to survive...this is what we call survivor game...   Enough of horror....let visit the green...   My place there is famous with oldest trees and beautiful sceneries...this tree is from Taiping Lake Garden...Daebak!!!

Tripping Princess

I embarrased myself again yesterday morning. Big sigh! Early morning woke up ...with blur mind...mmmm...not weekend yet??? Owwwhhh!!! I need to go to work this morning. Owwwhhh! I need to drag my luggage and mummy's supplement to my car because I am not coming back here until Sunday morning. Then ...when I was walking downstairs to my car... One level down...so I insist to myself I need to exercise down ,so don't take lift. Here the action drama goes.... There is this lady (yours truly) walking down the stairs through emergency exit door. One hand drag down luggage gedebum gedebam .... The other hand carried down the bag with full of manga story books...I think around 20 books. Add to this bag is 6 bottles of parent supplement which I bought from Guardian. Ah...this is the feeling..

  Ah...that slit eyes woman again??? Selca..again!   Deepavali coming soon..    Check out for thick jeans at Uniqlo...ahhh.. Acupuncture Treatment at Tung Shin Hospital

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much. For those who don't know what is Plantar Fasciitis, I will give you some brief about this. Who knows it may hit you too once you aging like me...hehehe. Anyway, its good to know. Plantar Fasciitis is common pain for middle-aged people. WTH! can't believe I aged this quickly. Young people don't so happy!
