  I was at my 3rd week knee arthroscopy recovery when writing this post on my couch while holding my smartphone straining the 50s eyes. To be honest at 3rd week the feeling was dreadful. I think my bum has gone thinner due to sitting for a long time. My back? Gosh!!! I can't even start talking about my poor back health. Any hospitalisation recovery at old age made one feel miserable.   I welcomed New Year 2025 with flu, sore throat and cough. It has been 10 days, no more runny nose, sore throat but the cough comes on and off. It will be bad at night time. I went to the clinic, the doctor said it was due to possible sinus or acid reflux. Acid reflux is possible for me but not the sinus because I don't have sinus at the first place.
