2 Days 1 Night Staycation in Kuantan, Pahang: A Soulful Escape

  Sometimes, you just need to pack your bag, hop into your car, and drive away from the chaos. That’s exactly what I did. A not spontaneous 2D1N staycation to Kuantan, Pahang with my family. Just to fullfill my Dad's wish a getaway by the beach with all his family. My sisters and I planned it for him. Well, no really planned with rigid itinerary. Just not easy to get all 11 of us together at the same time and the same day. It was an open road journey, eat, sleep and eat again hahaha My role was just as someone who booked the room and make sure everyone get a good room with view. Halfway through the journey, we made a pit stop at the famous Go Bang Maju Patin Tempoyak, right by Tol Temerloh. This place is THE spot for Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak, a Pahang specialty that locals swear by, recommended by my first sister.
