My Perimenopause & Menopause Journey: A Silent Battle of Pain, Acceptance & Discovery

It’s been a while since I wrote something this personal. But today, I feel like pouring my heart out. Maybe someone out there needs to read this. Maybe someone is going through the same thing and feels just as lost. Or maybe… this is just for me. To remind myself how far I’ve come. The Beginning of the Unknown I never imagined my body would betray me like this. One day I was fine, and the next… everything changed. It started with stiffness in my joints. My knees, my back, even my fingers felt like they belonged to someone else. I thought maybe I slept wrong. Or maybe I was just tired. But it didn’t go away. Then came the gut issues. Bloating. Constipation. Diarrhea. Sudden food sensitivities. My once-trusty digestive system turned into a moody diva. I was Disturbed by a Black Pig Ghost

  This is the best horror Ai created image for  a horror black pig ghost. Horror? Mana ada? So cute ada la , right? The first image Ai created when I type Black Pig Ghost. This is not ghost. Look like a black pig angel living happily in paradise🤣 I extended my ward stay during my left knee arthroscopy procedure because I live alone and no one to assist me at home. End up discharged after the 5 days. But this time , I shortened my stay and request to be discharged after 3 days.  I can't share room with others. I have been sleeping alone all my 51 years life. I can count with my fingers on some occasion require to share my room with family members.  The hospital rep who was in charged for my hospitalisation procedure wanted to admit me in a  four bedded ward. That's the only available and suit the doctor's schedule .Of course, I don't agree on that suggestion. I told her , I don't mind to suffer another 2 weeks to get a single room.   I was out for morning walk this morning. It's the first day of New Year. I met many new faces this morning. I guess it's either a New Year Resolution or it's due to Public Holiday. I saw 3 ladies who look determined with complete exercise gears. One of the ladies, caught my attention. She was donned with pink top to toe. How am I doing?

Everyday me   Mine supposed to be an online diary blog has become just a review blog, right? So sad! I have neglected this blog for quite some time now. There are many factors of this neglection behavior. (Gosh! trying to resonate again, huh?) My health isn't that good for me to sit down in front of my desktop to rant anything about my life here. Haih! the never-ending back pain. No matter what I tried, it still haunted my body. Every month, my life has been 2 weeks ok and 2 weeks not ok.
