Taiwan Beauty Industry on the Roll to Create More Business Opportunities This is not the first time , I was invited for Taiwan Beauty Alliance (TBA) presentation. Last year they presented magnificent 11 Taiwan Beauty Brands. This year I have an opportunity to witness another 12 Taiwan Beauty Brands products introduction in the Taiwan Beauty VIP event at the Taiwan Expo 2017 at KLCC Convention Centre , Kuala Lumpur Malaysia . The format was different from last year and I can tell you I was so impressed with the organizer improvement for this year event. Congratulation to all team! Alishan Forest Train Down to Chiayi

Continuing my Alishan Travelogue in April 2017.  Most people visit to Alishan will at least ride on famous Alishan Forest Train. I love taking old train especially the routes which give me good natural view. The Alishan Forest Train is famous during Cherry Blossom Season. You need to book the ticket very much earlier or you end up with disappointment. I went there end of April and I miss out the pretty Cherry Blossom view. WTH! I need to finish my work before go for long leave. So got to miss that and satisfy with jungle and green view. Aihhhh!!! Seriously , it really confusing when I was planning for this trip. Being a foreigner and Chinese illiterate, ,not easy to book Alishan Forest Ticket online. I end up get help from 'Mingsu Owner as Sizhao to help me with it. Thank God! he manage to buy the seating ticket. He drove out around 1 hour all the way downtown to get me the ticket because online seems no the seating ticket. Travel to Taiwan : Experience staying at Tea Plantation near Sizhuo, Alishan

I took bus down from Alishan Mountain to another small town call Sizhuo. Its about 45 minutes journey down and I stop right in front the Hi Life Convenient store. Then wait for 'Mingsu' aka B&B owner to fetch me up to his place. Sorry! no public transport to get to this place since it located inside a huge tea plantation. I reached a bit early which is at 1:00pm but my appointment with him is around 3:00pm. It was freaking cold. I waited inside the Hi Life until around 2:30pm.  The journey towards this B&B is like taking a roller coaster and a ride inside car driven by Takumi Fujiwara. You know that  famous anime Initial D ? Or do you remember Jay Chou playing that character in Chinese movie? He deliver tofu with his Toyota Sprinter AE86. The route here is up hill...down hill and up hill and all those sharp 180 degree corner. Worst than Genting or even Cameron Highlands. The view is all white in front due to mist. Travel to Taiwan : Chasing after the Sunrise and Hiking Trail at Alishan Mountain

The main reason I flew to Kaohsiung is to visit this enchanted Alishan Forest Recreation area. I read about its diverse ecologies, colorful indigenous cultures, forest railways and amazing scenery of sea clouds and magnificent sunrise view. This forest located in Chiayi County up more than 2,000 meters above sea level. This place is famous during Cherry Blossom Festival. How to get to Alishan from Qinjing ? I board the bus down from Qinjing to Puli and then from there change another bus to HSR Taichung Station and then to HSR Chiayi Station. I took the bus up from HSR Chiayi Station up to Alishan. There are few taxi driver waiting asking you to get in to their taxi. But I find it much cheaper to get there with bus eventhough I have to wait for 2 hours. I miss the the first bus by seconds. Acupuncture Treatment at Tung Shin Hospital

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much. For those who don't know what is Plantar Fasciitis, I will give you some brief about this. Who knows it may hit you too once you aging like me...hehehe. Anyway, its good to know. Plantar Fasciitis is common pain for middle-aged people. WTH! can't believe I aged this quickly. Young people don't so happy! If you on your feet a lot and do lots of sports, this can hit you too.This pain caused by straining the ligament that supports your arch.  I got mine last year after came back from Taiwan trip in April 2016. I got diagnosed with knee problem in June 2016. So literally tackle my pain one by one. I concentrate on my knee healing and ignore the pain on my feet.
