  In 2019, my position in the company was made redundant and I have to leave. I was 45 years old at that time. My mindset isn't ready to be out of work so suddenly because everything is not according to my plan. Being out of work at the age of 45 years old isn't that good in Malaysia, especially when you have been holding a middle management position all the time. I don't skip my usual morning walk during Ramadhan month. I am doing this for health reasons. So far so good. I don't really feel tired because of the fasting. Just like usual morning routine.
